show Abstracthide AbstractAquaculture is one of the fastest-growing food-producing sectors worldwide. However, aquatic animal aquaculture is susceptible to various microbial diseases. In this study, the genome of diverse pathogenic bacteria derived from aquaculture practices was gathered to expand genomic resources on the endemic diversity, evolutionary divergence, endemic diversity, virulence, and antimicrobial resistance features of aquaculture-related bacteria in northwestern Mexico.
